Get started on your lifting journey

Are you one of those people that want to get into lifting but don't know where to start? Getting started in the gym can seem to be hard and a lot of work, but I'm here to show you that it can be very easy. I will provide you with some steps and tips on how to get started. Step one: where to workout   Figuring out where you're going to lift is the first step. A good choice would be a local gym in your town, or you can workout at home if you have a gym at home. Be sure to visit the gym you plan on joining so that you know you like it.  Step two: choosing a lifting schedule Choosing a schedule all depends on you. Some people lift every day while others go a few times a week. I would recommend lifting at least 3-4 times a week. You will also have to choose a lifting split.
